We guarantee that all our products will be sent to you without defect and in proper working order.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: All of our standard products have a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee, so you can feel free and confident to try them out in your own laboratory. Yes, we will refund the purchase price of any standard equipment purchased and returned to us in like-new condition within 30 days. If there is some reason you need a trial period of more than 30 days, please contact us for prior approval. Equipment returned after the 30-day (or approved) trial period is subject to a 15% monthly restocking fee. Of course, if you have any questions, we are always here to help you make things work. If you wish to return your item during the trial period, please contact us, and we will make preparations for your reimbursement. The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee generally applies only to one (1) of a particular item. For example, you may not order 20 Stereomicroscope systems, and then return them; you may order one that will be returnable, then once you know you like the item, order the remaining 19. We will try to be flexible with this policy, so contact us if you have any questions or special needs, and we will do our best to accomodate you. Custom-made/Custom-ordered products may not be returned.

Quality Guaranteed: All of our products have an extended limited warranty, typically covering both parts and labor to repair any failure due to manufacturing defects for a full year.

Open your packages upon arrival. We insure all of our shipments, but claims for obvious or "concealed" damage must be made within 7 days of arrival. We also ask that if one of our products does not seem to be working, that you do not open, alter or modify anything before contacting us. We are glad to go through a troubleshooting procedure with you to save your time.
