How to Purchase our Products

The simplest way to order one of our products is to call us on the telephone, and tell us what you want. That way, there is the opportunity to ask any questions, and to make sure you are getting all the items you need. Our phones are manned nearly 24-hours per day, but if you cannot get through, just leave a detailed message on the voice mail, and we will call you back promptly. If you are sure about what you want, you can submit your order by fax or e-mail. To process an order, we need the following information:
  • The name of the end-user who is requesting the product
  • The telephone number of that person
  • The name of the Principal Investigator for the lab where the product will be used
  • The PI's telephone number
  • If you are a Purchasing Agent, ordering for the above, your name and telephone number
  • The Purchase Order Number we can use for Shipping and Billing
  • The exact address that should be used on the shipment
  • The exact address that should be used to submit our invoice
  • The exact address to mail a letter to the end-user
  • Optionally, your fax number and e-mail address
  • Optionally, if this is your first order, how you heard about Tritech Research

We group orders by Lab Principal Investigator. If your lab has ordered before, tell us, and we can process your order very quickly by copying the above information from our existing database.

We require prepayment for orders shipping to addresses outside the U.S.A. and for orders shipping to private individuals and small companies who have not previously ordered from Tritech Research and established credit. In those cases, please contact us for a quotation that includes any shipping and banking charges that may apply, so that you can submit the correct full payment.

We can process Credit Card transactions, but please note that the prices on our website include a cash discount that does not apply to Credit Card purchases. If you will use a Credit Card for your purchase, contact us for the non-cash/PO discounted price.

For International orders, we require the American Express Card or a wire transfer to our bank account.
