Narishige's RA-6N adapter is used to convert a mouse fixing clamp to a rat fixing clamp. The dovetail structure permits simple adjustment of the mouth and nose clamp position; the procedure can be smoothly and easily performed with one hand. This is also true of the clamping action using an auxiliary ear bar, which is easier than with conventional models.
