The NU-1 is designed to be widely compatible with microscopes of various makes and models via a long rail and highly adjustable clamping bar. With the adaptor installed on the illumination pilllar of the microscope, various manipulators can be mounted.

Use the NR or the NR2 to get the height needed for mounting the MMN-1 course manipulator or the P-1A mounting bracket for micromanipulators that use a 10 mm diameter bar mount.
